Emendo Implementation is specialized in IT/OT implementations ensuring that solutions are fit for use, business processes are operational, and projects are well planned, governed and executed. We work in several industries, but most of our tasks lie within the pharmaceutical industry. We thrive in the gap between people, systems, and processes to solve technical as well as organizational challenges.

As a Consultant, you will work on a variety of projects, collaborating closely with clients and project teams to deliver meaningful results. You’ll develop expertise in problem-solving, process and solution design, organizational alignment, and effective communication.

What it takes to thrive in this role

• A master’s degree or equivalent in fields such as IT, Engineering, Business Analysis, or Innovation.

• 2-3 years of experience, ideally in IT/OT implementations or related fields.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Danish language skills are preferred but not required.

• A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Furthermore, it’s an advantage if you:

• Are interested in Project Management and related tasks

• Are curious and eager to learn new methodologies and tools.

• Enjoy facilitating and supporting processes across diverse client organizations.

• Thrive in dynamic environments where you can contribute to shaping solutions and delivering results.

Here is what you will be working with

• Address technical, process, and organizational challenges to deliver analysis and implement solutions effectively.

• Work directly with clients, often on-site, as part of project teams to ensure timely execution aligned with organizational needs.

• Gain new knowledge quickly to tackle unfamiliar challenges, leveraging curiosity and a proactive mindset.

• Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster shared learning and growth.
