Eficode is now looking for a License Specialist for our Scandinavian team

Your role and responsibilities

You will be part of a team of three people, working at the crossroads of our customers, partners and sales team to manage and coordinate resale of software licenses.

We act as a support function for our customers in everything regarding their licenses. We support them with quotes, invoices and advising.

In this role, you will:

• Communicate regularly with vendors and customers
• Prepare license resale quotations for customers
• Lead sales opportunities to completion
• Support customers and colleagues in licensing matters
• Work with your team to find creative solutions together
• Learn every day!

As a professional, you are thorough, accurate, organized, business minded and communicate effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will also need:

• Curiosity and an eagerness to learn
• Service mindedness
• A collaborative mindset

The following are advantageous:

• Experience with Atlassian tools
• Experience in license management
• Experience in Salesforce

This role is available in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö.
