Short Description
SAS Maintenance Production provides maintenance services to SAS aircraft fleet and maintenance is performed at Kastrup, Arlanda, Landvetter, Gardermoen, Trondheim, and Stavanger, and is fully committed to SAS strategy and will always keep safety, quality and efficiency as top priorities and one of the vital parts to achieve this, is our Safety & Compliance Monitoring team, where our Safety & Compliance Monitoring Engineers and Auditors plays a most valuable role.
Lead Auditor to Safety & Compliance Monitoring Department in SAS Maintenance Production and Quality Manager in our Part 147 Training Dept.

If so, we are now looking for a Lead Auditor Part 145/Quality Manager Part 147 with a ratio of approx. 80 % Lead auditing in Part 145 and 20% Quality Manager Part 147.
Purpose
The object of Compliance Monitoring is to ensure conformity regarding Safety and Compliance Systems, Internal processes, standards and requirements, Regulations and implementation and Authority Approvals/Certificates
The function reports to the Compliance Monitoring Manager and the workplace can be located at our facilities at Arlanda, Copenhagen or Oslo, but travelling between all our maintenance and training facilities will be required.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible to conduct and handle internal audits and (sub) contractor audits as required within and outside Scandinavia.
• Collect information through effective interviewing, listening, observing and reviewing documentation and records.
• Document and handle audit results as well as establish periodic audit schedule.
• Perform follow-up, verification of the actions to findings and effectiveness of corrective actions from audits.
As Quality Manager, you will be part of SAS Technical Training Management group and have the responsibility for the criteria in the regulations is fulfilled, and it´s a requirement, that the QM is accepted by the competent Authority.
• Monthly check for updates of Part 147 and National Authorities regulations
• Internal and external audits
• Manage Occurence reports and retain records
• Participate in Management Meetings and Accountable Manager Annual Review meetings
Experience
• Part 66 Technician/ Engineer degree
• A similar position being held and be well versed with European regulations, primarily regulation (EU) 1321/2014, having solid knowledge of Part-145 and/or Part 147 regulations
• Administrative and editorial understanding
• Good understanding of Safety Management System (SMS)
• Experienced user in SAS data systems(MMIS)
We believe the right candidate is a technical maintenance-oriented team player with experience as a Quality Control Engineer, internal auditor in within a Part 145 org. and hereby have gained a solid understanding of EASA regulations, maintenance processes and its success factors. Further the candidate should have experience relating to continuing airworthiness management and relating maintenance programs.
