About this opportunity
As the Senior Client Associate, you’ll play a leading role in focusing on creating great customer experiences for corporate customers through our relationship strategy and in-depth expertise. We add value by making trustworthy and profitable partnerships with our customers.
You will become responsible for driving and developing key areas such as:
- Be primary responsible for a number of customer relationships in addition to being a member of other customer teams where you will support the Client Executive in developing and maintaining long term personal customer relationships in order to maximize the business potential and ensure long term profitability
- Create trust in building relationships within the customer and thereby coordinating cross-selling possibilities and activities i.e. engage and drive customer cases/projects with product specialists and other stakeholders, Nordic as well as international
- The responsible for a variaty of tasks related to financing, ESG, credits and compliance risk and other tasks related to customer service
- Driver of specific customer cases/projects independently or together with relevant product units
- Take part in various projects in LC&I DK and on Nordic level
- Take part in developing our Client Associates and Analysts
So, you are probably well structured, strong communicator, pays attention to detail, proven record of driving sales, eager for continuous learning, not afraid to ask, gets the job done (!) and strives to constantly lead the way and seek to come up with ways to optimize and provide value to our customers - for the further benefit of the team, the team's stakeholders and the bank.
You’ll join a strong professional organization with highly motivated Client Executives, Client Associates and Analysts. Expect significant customer interactions, virtual and in-person. Be prepared for the expectation of not only coming up with good ideas - but as well seeing things through to execution "hands-on". The role is based in Copenhagen however some intraday-travelling in Denmark should be expected.

Your experience and background:
- You have an academic degree and your experience and seniority should be minimum 6-8 years but may vary depending on your background.
- You are self-driven, analytical with problem solving skills and have a structured approach with a critical eye for details
- You act with integrity and have the ability to create solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- You are a team-player focusing on how we profit from knowledge sharing, feedback and new ideas
- You can adopt to frequently changing environment, as well as you have a desire to develop within large corporate coverage
- You have strong communication skills in Danish and English, both spoken and written, and is a solid Microsoft Office user
