In this role, you’ll work closely with our amazing Marketing Team consisting of our Sr. Demand Generation Manager, Marketing Designer, Sr. Brand & Communications Manager and our Content Marketing Manager to support key marketing initiatives. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating tasks, managing details, and making sure everything runs smoothly. From helping execute campaigns to keeping us on track with our deliverables, your work will help fuel Relesys' continued growth and success. 🎯📲

Responsibilities:

  • You will be working closely with our Senior Demand Generation Manager. 🤝
  • Assist in planning, organising, and executing webinars, including logistics, materials, and follow-ups. 🎥
  • Help with the preparation and coordination of events, ensuring all details are managed smoothly.
  • Conduct regular research to keep track of industry trends, competitors' strategies, and market insights. 🔍
  • Assist with marketing automation and operations. 🤖
  • Update and maintain data hygiene in our CRM database, HubSpot. 📂
  • Assist in our Account Bases Marketing (ABM) efforts.
  • Support campaign tracking, analytics, and performance reporting to ensure continuous improvement. 📈
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to manage and organise content creation processes as well as coordinating our organic social media planning. 📝
  • Help with local activation programs (incl. localisation coordination and management). 🌎
  • Jump in on various marketing tasks and projects to keep the team on track and deliverables on time. 🏃‍♀️

These responsibilities will allow you to gain hands-on experience in a variety of marketing activities while supporting a high-performing, growth-driven team! 🌟

Who are you?:

  • You have minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role. 🌟
  • You hold a bachelor's degree (or higher) in marketing, communication, or a related field. 🎓
  • You are interested in working in the B2B field. 💼
  • You’re proactive and eager to learn, with a hands-on approach to tasks and a "can-do" attitude. 💪
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an eye for detail and consistency. ✍️
  • You’re organised and enjoy juggling multiple projects and deadlines while keeping things running smoothly. 📅
  • You’re familiar with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, and have an interest in contributing to strategies that engage audiences. 📱
  • You’re a team player who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys supporting colleagues to achieve common goals. 🤝
  • You bring creativity and energy to your work, and you’re excited to contribute to impactful campaigns and projects.

Furthermore, it would be great, but not required, if you:

  • Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM). 🎯
  • You’re comfortable using marketing tools like HubSpot, Trello, or similar platforms – or are ready to learn quickly. 💻
  • Familiarity with basic analytics to measure and evaluate marketing performance. 📊
  • A passion for SaaS, B2B, or tech industries and a curiosity to learn more about them.
  • You speak one of the Scandinavian languages. 🌍
