Are you ready to join a highly dedicated and professional HR team as our new Administrative HR Specialist in Denmark?

We consider our people and strong culture our biggest assets and key to success. This places high demands on a professional and top-tuned HR function and we now have a position open as our new Administrative HR Specialist. You will be closely collaborating with your HR colleagues in Denmark and Poland and with the leaders and employees in NNIT.

Key responsibilities:

•Responsible for reimbursement on maternity/paternity leave and long term illness
•Answer questions from the shared HR-mailbox, such as vacation, leave etc.
•Coordinating the onboarding of new employees
•Handling gross salary benefits administration (bruttolønsordning)
•Handling administration of security clearance
•Handling administration of trainees (elever)
•Updating procedures and policies
•Participating in various HR projects
•Assisting with employee events
•Ad hoc administrative tasks

Competency requirements:

You have experience from a similar position and you are used to communicate clearly in writing and orally in both English and Danish.
Being responsible and service-minded with a strong can-do attitude is what describes you. Moreover, it is essential that you are a team player – just like all your colleagues in HR. You will join our HR team

You will be part of a team with talented and professional colleagues in NNIT’s Danish and Polish HR department.

The position can be held full time or part time.
