Are you passionate about digital marketing, skilled in managing multi-channel campaigns, and ready to work on an international scale? e-Boks is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager for a Paternity cover to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team. Your Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing our B2B marketing strategies. Your main focus will be on lead generation, lifecycle marketing, and content promotion, supporting our international growth objectives and maintaining brand consistency across all channels. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you’ll manage a variety of tasks from campaign planning and performance tracking to MarTech setup. You’ll report directly to our Director of Communications & CSR.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Email Marketing: Design, schedule, and manage automated and single email campaigns for different customer journeys in Hubspot.
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with external agencies to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
- Promotion Activities: Organize promotions through list brokers to expand our reach and engagement.
- MarTech Management: Oversee and optimize our MarTech stack, including our CMS (Umbraco), CRM (HubSpot), and analytics tools (Cookiebot, Leadfeeder, etc.).
- Reporting & Insights: Track and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights, ensuring continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, we’re looking for a marketing professional with a hands-on approach and a strategic mindset. You enjoy diving into data, testing new approaches, and continuously seeking optimization. You are a strong communicator who values collaboration and can work effectively with various stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot and Umbraco is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of MarTech, automation, and CMS systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data insights to inform strategy.
- Native or professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in B2B, ideally within SaaS or Tech industries, is an advantage.
