About the role:
This unique opportunity will become the global commercial leader of SimCorp’s Business Services, overseeing all commercial functions including market sizing and positioning, defining our GTM a sales strategy for the business line. As our new Global Head of Global Sales, Business Processes, you will be working closely with our regional teams, ensuring that our approach is fully aligned globally, and ensure execution together to realize our growth ambitions within the business area. As the global commercial leader of this business line, it will be your primary responsibility to deliver our sales activities with repeatability, scale, consistency, and quality.
About the team:
You will be leading a team of experienced Business Services sales specialists, that are located in either Americas or Europa. These individual contributors work in close collaboration with our local sales and customer success teams on expanding our market shares within our existing client base as well as winning new clients.
Your responsibilities are to:
- Provide market analysis, sizing and segmentation to prioritize our commercial efforts on where we have the best opportunities to win
- Ensure that our unique market position and value proposition is well articulated and communicated to the market via marketing campaigns and customer facing materials
- Design and roll an effective sale and GTM strategy for Business Services, which enables us to sell at repeatability, scale, consistency and quality
- Provide clear direction to the sales team, to ensure we ensure effective and efficient sales execution to meet or outperform our commercial targets
- Substantial commercial mindset and discipline in the team, including deal strategies, due diligence and close plans to ensure we deliver on the promise of consistency
- Establish a close partnership and open feedback loop with our Product and Delivery organization for Business Services, to ensure everything is fully aligned
- Leadership of a sales team with 3 direct reports.
Your qualifications:
- Experience from a commercial or management role within software, SaaS or business process outsourcing within investment management – either via selling, consuming or delivering equivalent solutions
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end investment management value chain for complex asset managers and asset owners
- Deep understanding of technology-enabled business process outsourcing within the investment management process, preferably within data management, investment operations and investment accounting
- Significant skills within selling enterprise software, SaaS or business process outsourcing solutions to the financial sector
- Strong leadership capabilities – both strategic, people and cross-functional leadership to drive the business, employees and organization forward towards same goal
- Advanced communication skills both written and verbal, in English
- Relevant educational background, preferably within business economics or economics, law, engineering, computer science, or other relevant.

For New York City only: The annual salary range for this position is $171,440 – 257,160 USD. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Your total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
