Head of Monetization at ZeroNorth
As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Head of Monetization to take ownership of our pricing, packaging, and revenue processes/systems. Reporting to our Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll be a key player in scaling our commercial success, with direct impact on a critical area of our executive strategy. You’ll work closely with C-level executives and lead initiatives that will drive the future of our revenue model, making it both sustainable and scalable.

Key responsibilities:

In this high-impact role, you’ll have the autonomy to craft the commercial strategy and optimize our revenue streams. Here’s what you’ll focus on:

  • Develop and implement our pricing and packaging including the related go-to-market strategy and legal terms and conditions.
  • Determine pricing strategy and set individual prices.
  • Own end-to-end revenue processes, from lead generation to invoicing by managing our commercial tech stack and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to align revenue initiatives with broader business goals, e.g., by standardizing processes across acquired companies to ensure scalable way of working.

Your profile:

  • Have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of aligning customer needs with business objectives.
  • Enjoy solving problems both at the strategic level and in execution, driving results end-to-end.
  • Have understanding of systems and software, with experience in programming being a plus.
  • Are collaborative and thrive in environments where aligning stakeholders and driving action is key.
  • Are passionate about scaling both your career and a high-growth business.

If you’ve spent a few years in top-tier management consulting and have relevant industry experience (B2B SaaS is a plus), this role could be perfect for you. However, we’re open to diverse backgrounds, if this role excites you and you believe you bring value, we’d love to hear from you.
