About your future role
As Finance Business Partner you’ll be part of a dynamic Nordic Finance team with an open and informal structure with room to make your own footprint. You can come as you are and be at your best at Nets.
The Business controlling department delivers direct support to the Nordics CFO and Nordic management team – as well as the local leadership teams across the Nordic countries. Additionally, the team closely collaborates with other support functions such as Accounting, Reporting & BI and Strategic & Financial Planning across Europe.
Main team focus is to provide financial insights and create transparency around the Nordics Merchant Services business area which generates more than EUR 0.3bn in annual revenues mainly across SME (Small and Medium sized enterprises) and LAKA (Large and Key Accounts).
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
• Support with general business controlling (e.g. understanding major deviations, reasons, and mitigating actions), deep-dives, reviews of key drivers of performance
• Prepare monthly business review material etc. jointly with the business leaders and relevant business stakeholders, and facilitate review meetings
• Use insights from actual financial performance to develop forward looking statements and flag risks / opportunities versus targets/forecast
• Provide proactive initiatives and proposals to create more value

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
• Master’s degree within a relevant field.
• A talented and responsible finance professional with 2-5 years’ experience from a similar role
• Poses excellent communication and relationship building skills, to ensure successful and efficient collaboration internally in the team and with stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct complex analysis and problem solving
• Attentive to details while being able to communicate complex financial figures in a clear, precise, and understandable manner
• Fluent English both written and spoken is a must as we work in highly international environment
• Experienced user within Excel is a must and PowerPoint/Think cell and SAP Analysis for Microsoft office is plus
