We’re on the lookout for a motivated Student Assistant to join our Global Revenue Operations Team. This is your chance to explore how to turn your theoretical knowledge into real-world impact while contributing to the success of a dynamic, global organization.

As a Student Assistant at Secomea, you’ll be part of driving the future of revenue operations. You’ll work side by side with most in the company while gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer success processes – all in a hybrid setup that offers flexibility for your studies.

What you’ll do
Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• ✨ Help craft sales, marketing, and customer success processes to make everything run smoother
• 💻 Build automation flows, set rules, and assist in implementing new systems to support the revenue organization
• 🧪 Ensure everything works as intended and that the data is accurate and reliable
• 🌟 Promote and share internal knowledge about systems and processes with teams around the world
• 📈 Contribute to creating a full-suite reporting framework
• 🎨 Help with administrative tasks like presentations, data gathering, and process documentation

Who You Are

• 🎓 You’re in the first semesters of a Master’s degree in business, e-business, or IT programs
• 💡 Words like processes, tech stack, data, and strategy make your heart beat faster
• 🧠 You’re highly structured, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 🔍 You have a technical curiosity and love learning new tools and systems
• 🗣️ You’re fluent in written and spoken English

There'll be additional bonus points if you have experience with Salesforce or Pardot—but don’t worry if you’re new to these tools!
