Job Description
For our aftermarket department "Mobility Aftermarket", we are now looking for a Country Marketing Manager.
As Country Marketing Manager (CMM) you are the expert for the sales channel Wholesaler in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. You put several products and services in one package, implement the pricing strategy and hand it over to the sales team.
Moreover you will;
- Coordinate with the sales department and develop, implement and support the strategic distribution development, portfolio management, channel specific pricing, as well as communication, campaigns and promotions
- closely follow up on relevant growth projects and strive for implementation together with all relevant stakeholders
- be responsible for the Marketing Budgets in the mentioned countries
- cooperate closely with all other Channel Managers and take the responsibility for the linked Marketing activities in DK, NO and SE
The position is located in Ballerup in a walking distance from Ballerup train station. A hybrid work form is also possible with flexible working conditions. In this position you can also expect several travel days to the Nordic countries.
Qualifications
As our new colleague we imagine that you have min. 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position. Experience within the automotive business is an advantage.
You are most likely holding a Master within e.g. Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or similar. Furthermore, we expect you to be;
- an outgoing, proactive and self-driven personality
- a person with intercultural skills and a high social competence
- enjoying working with sales and customers in this context you show excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Appreciating working in virtual cross-border and intercultural teams
- Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian) and willing to work from our headquarter in Ballerup
