About the Job
As a Senior Developer, you’ll be an integral part of DEIF’s skilled Measurement & Protection Team. Your primary focus will be ensuring our products not only meet various grid code standards but also exceed market requirements. You will play a key role in translating complex technical standards into actionable product specifications, ensuring our systems remain compliant and innovative.
Working tasks & responsibilities
- Understand the grid code standards like (IEEE1547, RfG; VDE4110) and what is required to make our product compliant to them.
- Translate grid code standards into product-specific requirements.
- Ensure testing methods for protection systems and transducers are compliant with current standards.
- Oversee the accuracy of measurement algorithms, ensuring compliance with current market standards
- Serve as the go-to person on measurement methods and protection algorithms.
- Provide support for technical documentation related to measurement and protection.

What you’ll bring
- A master’s degree in engineering, preferably within electrical engineering or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in power systems, protection systems, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of grid code standards and product compliance.
- Advanced communication skills in English
You are precise, detail-oriented, and thrive in managing complex challenges. Your problem-solving abilities and clear communication make you a trusted expert and decision-maker. Above all, you’re courageous in tackling challenges and confident in your ability to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Interviews for this role are expected to take place in December or January.
