Great! We are looking for a QA Senior Specialist for our corporate Audit and Inspection team.
About our team
We are a small but growing global team of 8, based in Kvistgård (DK), Bern (CH), and Martinsried (Munich, DE). Our mission is to ensure GMP compliance for Bavarian Nordic suppliers and internal processes, integrating regulatory standards seamlessly across the company. Core competencies are supplier qualification, internal audits, inspection management, and regulatory intelligence updates.
In this hybrid role, you will work two days on-site in Kvistgård and report to the Head of Audits and Inspections in Bern. While the team operates mostly remotely, we come together regularly at different sites to collaborate.
You will be part of a fully integrated global vaccine company dedicated to improving and saving lives through innovative vaccines.

- IT-Project Management within the Audit & Inspection Department (Veeva Database)
- Conducting Internal Audits in the cGMP area
- Conducting External Audits in the cGMP area IT Service Providers)
- Help developing processes in the Audit & Inspection department
- Be a respondent for Audit & Inspection topics and GMP topics

- Degree in Natural Sciences (BSc., MSc., PhD)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a GxP environment
- Experience in Project Management (IT)
- Expertise in the Supplier Qualification process
- Deep understanding of QA processes incl. (GMP and ISO)
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
