We are committed to continuously enhancing the guest experience at Plesner and are looking for an experienced meeting host who wants to help us elevate our guest services to the next level. As a meeting host at Plesner you will work across multiple floors of the building. Together with our team of fantastic meeting hosts, you will have a central role in serving both guests and colleagues on a daily basis.
Client contact is a key element of the job, and providing an accommodating and refined guest experience is essential. At Plesner, we strive to offer an outstanding experience for both clients and employees, and your contributions as a meeting host are integral to achieving this goal.
You have a minimum of four years' experience in hospitality - ideally from the hotel industry - and have been involved in creating optimal experiences for guests and colleagues. You are fluent in Danish and proficient in English.

Your responsibilities will include
Enhancing client experience in collaboration with the team and the Head of Brand & Client Experience, including
- enhancing Plesner's approach to client service
- expanding and refining Plesner's made-to-order product portfolio
- actively participating in event preparation and research
- managing orders for our hospitality setup
You will be included in the work schedule and in planning and execution of meetings, including
- receiving and welcoming guests and clients
- handling confidential mail
- liaising with suppliers and parking providers
- preparing, executing, and clearing up after meetings, seminars, conferences, lunches, and dinners
- hosting large events and functions organised by Plesner
- planning of work schedules
Work outside normal office hours must be expected.
