Building our ServiceNow platform
As the ServiceNow HR Product Owner, you will take ownership of the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. Reporting to the Head of HR Digitalisation, you will act as the critical link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the platform enables efficiency, adoption, and engagement across a diverse global workforce. In this role, you will oversee the platform’s development lifecycle, manage global rollouts, and ensure consistency while adapting features to meet local requirements.
What can you expect in this job?
“You are joining us at an exciting time, where we are about to implement our ServiceNow platform globally. We are in the process of configuring the basis of our future setup, and now need to build up upon that baseline – you’ll get the building blocks and then the opportunity to decide how to lay the rest of the bricks, so they match the needs of the business. You will have the latitude and ownership to drive the implementation for the HR piece of the platform globally – which means you’ll get to define which bricks we start with: should it be the big or small ones, which shape, and also which ones are on the shelves for later use." Says your new manager, Itzel and continues “You will work across the organisation and collaborate with HR, IT and regional teams to figure which bricks we need to build our platform, continuously improving our service delivery in HR and finding opportunities to optimise our processes.”
You’ll also have an important role in enabling stakeholders through tailored training programs and clear communication strategies, ensuring that users are empowered to leverage the platform effectively. This role offers the opportunity to oversee transformational projects while gaining deep insight into global HR operations and the challenges of a multinational organization.
Welcome to the HR Digitalisation Team
We are a newly established global team whose main purpose is to promote the digitalisation agenda across HR. We are also very much international – your teammates are based in Denmark, Poland, Malaysia and France. This position will be based in either Denmark or Poland.
The HR Digitalisation team is a part of Global HR Core Deliveries, where more than 40 colleagues work to support the organisation in all aspects of HR such as legal support, mobility and talent acquisition.
Experienced HRIS professional
You have several years of experience working with ServiceNow – ideally, knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD module. You know your way around HRIS, either as a project manager or product owner, and have knowledge of HR processes. Because we are adding building bricks to our platform, previous work with other bricks, i.e. ServiceNow modules such as employee document management, and SAP Successfactors is beneficial.
