Meet your new team
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of a brand-new team in Oterra. Your colleagues will be sitting globally, with stakeholders from all regions. You will be part of a larger Commercial organization with an international mindset and an agenda of growth and excellence.

About the position
Are you passionate about sales and eager to advance your career in the B2B ingredient industry? Are you a hungry Inside Sales SDR ready to create something new? Your primary role will be identifying and engaging with new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new opportunities in the ingredient market
  • Engage with prospects proactively via phone or email
  • Demonstrate Oterra’s value proposition and what we can do for customers
  • Direct sales for simpler needs
  • Maintain your prospect and lead pipeline with great service
  • Systematically manage leads and collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Continuously be curious on how to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment between teams for success
  • Language : French as first language, English and 3rd language preferred such as Italian, Spanish..

Who are you?
As a persistent and curious sales talent, you have a passion for uncovering new opportunities. You have experience with research and are analytical of nature. You have a high level of ethics, never compromising in delivering the best solution for customers from the world of natural colors.

Qualifications:

  • Proactive starter mindset with a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to engage with prospects and build relationships via phone and email.
  • Experience in the B2B ingredient industry or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience with Sales Force or similar CRM and lead management systems is advantageous.
