About the Job
TDC Erhverv is undergoing an exciting transformation, and we are looking for two exceptional leaders in Product Management to head two key teams: Business Internet & Mobility and Voice & Collaboration, Network, and Security. Both roles are focused on developing innovative and commercially strong solutions that will shape the digital landscape of tomorrow.

As a leader in Product Management, you will manage an experienced team of Product Managers and drive the development of market-leading products. You will play a pivotal role in defining product strategies, ensuring that TDC Erhverv is not just part of the evolution but a key player in creating it.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the Product Management team and develop forward-looking product strategies.
• Drive continuous product innovation based on market trends and data insights.
• Act as Business Owner in development projects, optimizing CAPEX/OPEX.
• Build strategic partnerships and ensure exceptional customer experience.

Your Profile:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

• Leadership Experience: You have a proven track record in a similar leadership role and the ability to set a clear direction for your team.
• Product Strategy and Development Expertise: You have solid experience in developing product strategies and translating them into tangible solutions.
• A Commercial Mindset: You think strategically and know how to align business goals with product development to drive growth and success.
• Change Management Skills: You thrive in decision-making and excel at guiding teams through change processes while maintaining focus on results.
• Excellent Collaboration Skills: You can work across teams and build strong relationships internally and externally.
• Fluency in English: You are confident in both written and spoken English.
