IT Support Specialist for global IT department Netherlands • Full time Are you service-minded, passionate about IT, and eager to be part of a global company that uses the latest technologies? Then you might be the one we need for our IT department!
We are continuously expanding, which means we must stay up to date with the latest technologies. You will be part of DanBred’s IT & Data department, consisting of 4 specialist colleagues who you can always turn to for special support tasks.

As a first and second level supporter for Benelux area, you will be the go-to person for our users when they face challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide remote and onsite end-user support
- Prepare and maintain end-user equipment
- Maintain and develop DanBred’s network and infrastructure in our cloud and data centres
- Expected to acquire and document new knowledge and solutions
There will be travel by own car to our subsidiary locations, primarily Belgium and France. You will be part of our Global IT department with direct reference to Head of Data & IT and have a permanent office space at the new DanBred/Klasse office in 5691PN Son en Breugel.
IT Support Specialist with a knack for independent tasks
- Experience with preparing and maintaining end-user equipment
- Willing to learn:
- Cisco Meraki
- Azure cloud
- Data center operations
Important personal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with non-technical users
- Passionate about IT and eager to learn new skills
- Structured and reliable
- Proactive and not afraid to take initiative
Language skills
- Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken
- Communicate in English and write at a solid level
- French, German or other languages are an advantage
