Plecto is looking for an ambitious Customer Service representative to lead our CSR team in Aarhus and Guatemala.

What you will do:
In the role of Team Lead of Customer Service you will be become Plecto's face to the outside world being hands on with our firsline support as well as managing the customer service team.
The majority of the time will be spend communicating with our customers, providing excellent technical support and company development.
You will be leading our Customer Service team, which currently consists of 3 part-time skilled Customer Service Representatives located in Denmark and Guatemala. We work closely with our colleagues in CSM (Customer Success Management), PES (Product expert) and product.
As our new Team lead of Customer Service, your work tasks will include:
- Provide first-line support (by email, chat and phone) this includes technical support, troubleshooting the product and assisting in customer setup.
- Structuring and planning the customer service resources
- Ensuring a high level of customer service by monitoring customer service channels (email, phone, and chat) for incoming requests
- Coordinate and cross-department collaboration between internal teams mainly CSM, PES and Product.
- Work effectively with team members in multiple time zones (Denmark and Guatemala)
Who you are:
Besides having a positive attitude and open mind, you have a customer-centric attitude with a strong sense of empathy. You will thrive in a roll with multiple responsibilities, hands-on customer facing support and a natural sense of leadership, wanting to always elevate both your own effort as well as the team.
Also, we expect you to have:
- Experience from a similar role in customer service
- Flair for IT and drive to learn new systems
- Experience in using your analytical skills for problem-solving
- Experience with Google sheets and different CRM systems (preferably Hubspot)
- Highly responsible and structured approach to tasks and customer communicatio
- Understanding the importance of managing your workday/time, and priorities accordingly
Fluency in English and Danish is a requirement and any additional languages is a plus.
