Implementation Project Manager

Ework Group is currently seeking an Implementation Project Manager for a temporary position available until August 31, 2025. Are you skilled at managing complex projects from start to finish? About the role
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of client projects, tailoring project plans to meet specific needs and ensuring seamless delivery. You’ll play a pivotal role in solution design, client onboarding, and process optimization, while also contributing to the development and implementation of best practices across teams and sites.

As a key team member, you’ll actively participate in discussions and decision-making to achieve shared goals. You’ll leverage your expertise to foster collaboration, share knowledge, and enhance team dynamics, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Your focus on stakeholder engagement and subject matter expertise will drive successful project delivery—on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
• Client Onboarding: Assess client and Ework needs, developing tailored plans for service delivery, system integration, and process management.
• Analysis & Problem-Solving: Analyze complex challenges and provide informed, practical solutions while mitigating risks.
• Requirement Reviews: Thoroughly evaluate client needs, identifying risks, opportunities, and prerequisites for successful implementation.
• Coordination & Engagement: Lead cross-functional collaboration, aligning resources and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, acting as the main contact point and ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project.
• Workshops & Client Meetings: Facilitate workshops, gather detailed requirements, and align implementation strategies with client expectations.

• Proven experience advising cross-functional teams and coordinating resources for effective collaboration.
• A background in analyzing client requirements, identifying risks, and proactively solving complex problems.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to guide decisions and strategies.
• Experience in facilitating workshops, conducting client meetings, and gathering detailed requirements for service delivery.
• A high level of self-leadership, initiative-taking, and goal orientation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• A structured and solution-focused approach to challenges, maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
• A commitment to teamwork and a collaborative mindset to enhance group performance and achieve shared goals.
