Senior Nordic Pricing and Market Access Manager

In a global research-driven pharmaceutical company focused on allergy prevention, diagnosis and treatment and who are the absolute leader within their therapy area? Nordic Pricing Strategy – Market Access & Reimbursement
In this role you will be responsible for the pricing strategy for all new- and existing products on the Nordic markets. You will work with different internal- and external stakeholders in a very analytical and databased role. Your tasks will include, but not limited to:

  • Nordic Pricing Strategy – development and implementation
  • Nordic and national Market Access & Reimbursement
  • Health economic and Data Analysis
  • Health economic support for the Nordic organisation
  • Drive the cross-functional ALK Nordic Price Board
  • Drive and be responsible for the price review process, consisting of data collection, analysis, anchoring and implementation.
  • Responsible for contacts with Nordic price authorities
  • Work together with Global Market Access to maximise ALK Nordic influence in the development of pricing strategies and MA support for new products in development.
  • Responsible for keeping track of tender business in the Nordic region (Amgros)

You will work with Market Access & Reimbursement in the Nordic Markets and be responsible for pricing and reimbursement submissions in the Nordic region, new and existing. This includes identifying and analyse national MA stakeholder needs and expectations including proactively communication of future demands, including establishing and maintaining relations with Nordic reimbursement authorities.

In addition you will also follow and analyse market & pharma, pricing & reimbursement trends, competitor pricing and customer behaviour to review and adjust prices for ALK products.
Ensure that price lists always are updated (internal as well as public price lists) in cooperation with Supply Chain Manager drive the work of creating a basis for decision-making in matters concerning pricing or changes in processes. E.g. Register data, market intelligence.

Pricing Manager with experience from the Pharma industry
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with pricing and market access in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with some experience within reimbursement. You have good knowledge of how the respective health care systems in the Nordic countries work as well as the political systems.

You have a Business degree (master level preferred) possibly supplemented with a degree in Health Economic.

As a person you are analytical, with a strong business acumen and you can combine the numbers and generate innovative ideas on how to use price as an advantage for ALK and patients alike. You have already demonstrated an ability to conceive, develop and succeed with pricing strategies. You are a natural relation builder and enjoy working close to medical, marketing and sales in cross functional teams across the Nordic Markets.

Fluency in English and Danish and/or other Nordic languages is required, as well as a valid driver’s license.
