Could you be the full-time Deputy Project Installation Manager in Copenhagen, Denmark we’re looking for?
Your future role
Embrace a new challenge and leverage your engineering and project management expertise in an innovative and dynamic field. You will work alongside passionate, collaborative, and resourceful colleagues.
In this role, you'll coordinate and support the Trackside Installation, ensuring alignment with EHS policies, local regulations, and professional standards. Day-to-day, you will closely engage with diverse teams across the organization (Installation Design team, Signaling Layout team, T&C team), facilitating operational coordination and much more.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing additional work quotations, ensuring the application of installation plans and procedures, and actively participating in coordination meetings with various stakeholders.
We’ll look to you for:
- Assisting the Project Installation Manager in all aspects of installation execution
- Ensuring materials and documentation are ready for installation activities
- Managing the progress and quality of installation work
- Overseeing installation change management and documenting installed configurations
- Reporting on progress, delays, deviations, and risks to the Project Installation Manager
- Promoting continuous improvement through tracking issues and performing return-on-experience activities

- Degree in Engineering or a relevant field
- Experience or understanding of trackside installation management and supervision
- Knowledge of Railway Signalling Systems and Signalling Designs will be an asset
- Familiarity with subcontractor and planning management
- A certification in EHS Management is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in technical drawing review and excellent Microsoft Office skills
