How you will make an impact

As a visionary Chief Enterprise Architect, you will integrate your comprehensive understanding of IT architecture with the unique challenges and opportunities in the ASC domain that handles Arla’s combined sustainability journey. Arla Foods is a cooperative - which entails a set of unique capabilities, managed through ASC, e.g. Milk settlement which is the process of paying our farmer owners for their milk. Across ASC, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify suitable IT platforms that close potential gaps between the existing IT landscape and the future needs. By aligning IT with ASC's strategic ambitions, you will guide both ASC and Arla IT toward innovative solutions balancing efficiency, sustainability, and quality.

More specifically you will:

• Inspire future opportunities with an offset in existing beliefs and ideas, growing small ideas into transformative strategies
• Maximize opportunities to foster a data-driven mindset to advance Arla’s Nature agenda
• Act as a trusted advisor contributing with deep understanding of opportunities and risks
• Challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change in ASC
• Develop long-lasting architectures that are sustainable over time, founded in modular, flexible and scalable principles

What will make you successful

You are a technically adept IT enterprise architect and communicator who thrives in dynamic environments. Your ability to simplify complex business operating models, capabilities and technical content is crucial for setting clear strategic direction for business and IT stakeholders. A vital aspect of this role is daily collaboration. Strategically this is e.g. towards senior stakeholders in the ASC organization and with the IT Solutions Director for Commercial, Marketing & Innovation, & ASC, who has the overall responsibility of delivery of the project portfolio. Architectural direction setting is through close collaboration with the Release Train Architect (RTA) from the ASC agile release train, who ensures that strategic IT directions are realized, with the RTA owning and securing well-crafted IT solutions across all ASC projects.
