Welcome to Pricing & Commercial Analytics…
In this context, we are seeking a Pricing Manager to support the implementation of our pricing strategy within Novonesis Food & Beverage Biosolutions (FBB).

You will be part of the FBB’s Pricing & commercial analytics team, organizationally anchored in Strategy, Integration & Commercial Excellence. You will join a team of 5 colleagues responsible for pricing strategy deployment & commercial analytics.

This position could also be placed outside Denmark depending on the candidate.

In this role you’ll make an impact by...
Contributing to the development and deployment of pricing models, streamlining our pricing processes, and supporting the implementation of Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems. Your expertise will help enhancing our pricing operations, ensuring we stay competitive and maximize value across our offering.

Your main focus areas will be within...

Pricing Strategy & Analysis

  • Develop and refine pricing strategies aligned with business goals, market trends, and competitive positioning
  • Identify and capitalize on pricing synergies from the Chr. Hansen and Novozymes merger
  • Design commercial models in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Drive processes to identify and optimize pricing levers, including outliers, low-profit items, and discounts

Pricing process & infrastructure

  • Assist in developing a unified pricing process for Novonesis
  • Support global deployment and integration of Salesforce CPQ

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Global CommEx and other business areas on pricing and commercial analytics, best practices, processes and systems
  • Be the supporting function for pricing / revenue related topics for the FBB organization across commercial, marketing, and finance
  • Support sales organizations and strategic account teams in contract negotiations

To succeed you must hold...

  • A solid educational background, preferably master’s degree in Business, Economics, finance, marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or a similar role, ideally within the biotech industry
  • Hands-on experience with pricing tools and systems - experience with CPQ tools or pricing software implementation is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of driving pricing initiatives across markets

Finally, you are proficient in Microsoft Excel and have familiarity with CPQ, CRM, and ERP systems such as Salesforce and SAP.

You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights effectively. Your excellent business acumen allows you to understand pricing strategies within the broader context of sales and market dynamics.

You have solid project management capabilities, which help you manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently and your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
