Job function
The Junior Commercial Manager is tasked with driving and increasing sales with existing customers and opening new accounts within allocated Business Unit(s) and/or markets. The Junior Commercial Manager will assist in managing strategic opportunities where they will demonstrate the true business value of MWS to both prospective and existing customers.
You will be employed on full-time basis at our office in Szczecin, Baltic Business Park (Poland).
Your responsibilities:
a) Commercial responsibility
- Assisting in the execution of territory and account sales plans for assigned Business Units, under the guidance of senior managers.
- Supporting the sales process by helping with demand generation, prospecting, qualifying leads, and coordinating sales opportunities within assigned Business Units and territories.
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., HSEQ, Legal Affairs, and Operations) to contribute to complex sales initiatives.
- Assisting in the preparation of pre-calculations and project forecasts with Operations.
- Supporting the development of sales and marketing strategies for specific markets or Business Units.
- Researching and staying informed about competitors and market trends.
- Participating in team-building activities, sales training, and marketing efforts to contribute to company growth.
b) Sales and Account Support
- Helping to nurture long-term business relationships with key stakeholders and influencers, alongside senior team members.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for the company during customer interactions.
- Supporting senior staff in understanding customer procurement processes and identifying key influencers and decision-makers.
- Organizing and assisting in internal and external clarification meetings.
- Coordinating logistics for customer meetings and presentations.
- Assisting with price agreement negotiations and coordinating with Operations.
- Supporting the preparation and submission of proposals and tender material.
- Assisting in managing and monitoring tender-specific contracts and frame agreements.
- Updating and maintaining sales pipelines and assisting with accurate sales activity forecasting.

- Understanding of the purchasing components and selection criteria in the tender process

- Travelling as and when required in support of sales efforts
- Creativity and a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (ppt)
- Proficiency in Excel and calculations
- A passion for wind energy
- Fluency in English
