What You'll Do:
As the Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and guide a team of six Customer Engagement Managers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving shared goals.
- Strategize for Success: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with our overall objectives while keeping a keen eye on market trends and competitor activities.
- Drive Performance: Oversee commercial planning, sales forecasting, and budgeting while meticulously tracking and reporting on sales performance to ensure we meet our ambitious targets.
- Enhance Customer Engagement: Champion Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) programs and work closely with our CRM Lead to define meaningful customer engagement metrics that elevate our performance.
- Collaborate & Create Value: Partner with Strategic Marketing Managers to identify and execute campaigns that resonate with our customers and drive value.
Who You Are:
We are looking for someone who embodies our values of ambition, collaboration, and dedication. Your profile includes:
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- 5-6 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within the Animal Health, Human Health, or Consumer Goods industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on performance and development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a structured and data-driven approach.
- Fluency in Danish or Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
