Senior Business Analyst with Advanced Process Management Expertise for Improve Working Capital Squad

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Improve Working Capital squad, primarily to lead and drive the upgrading of our current factoring services, to build the future of our working capital offering as part of our Forward 28 strategy.
This position is anchored in our Everyday Banking Corporate organization, which has over 130 dedicated colleagues across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Lithuania, and India. Your main responsibility will be to shape and implement our new process for factoring, collaborating closely with stakeholders, customers, and team members to ensure we meet our customers needs.
What can you expect
- Lead the project initiative for 'Factoring 2.0', aimed at upgrading our current factoring services.
- Work on automating the credit assessment process for buyers, reducing the time and manual effort involved.
- Collaborate closely with our welcoming team to ensure alignment with operational processes.
- Manage two parallel workstreams: one focusing on credit assessment and the other on broader workflow automation.
- Ensure seamless integration of new buyers, including those not currently Danske Bank customers.
What you bring

You bring proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in risk and pain point navigation, with the ability to anticipate credit outcomes. Demonstrated ability in analyzing, designing, and implementing new processes to optimize business operations and enhance efficiency.
You have comprehensive automation skills, with a proven history of leveraging technology to transform and streamline business processes for improved outcomes.
