This role is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. This is a permanent, full-time, Hybrid, position.

About our team
You will be part of Production Operations team responsible for maintenance, operations, continuous delivery, integration, and change in Digital Wealth - Data & Analytics.
We are a cross functional team that spans over both IT and Business, different skill sets and locations, where we work towards simplification, harmonisation and automation, along with building and maintaining scalable and reliable services and automated deploys.
As a team, we are always open to new ideas and innovations. Our daily work is to do maintenance, operation, continuous delivery, integration and release toolchain. We support the application development and are responsible for the operation of the production services. Our ultimate vision is to eliminate all our manual touchpoints and adopt automation and smart self-healing processes. As a new member in our team you will bring new ideas, work closely with other team-members and external service-partners to own processes, and take responsibility of deliverables.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as technical driver, lead technological initiatives while being actively involved in day-to-day operations
- Work closely with the all stakeholders group Business, IT Development, Suppliers to design product & processes with ultimate objective of timely & accurate reports delivery to Nordea Customers
- Ensure high availability, resiliency, scalability and capacity utilization of the applications
- Support the troubleshooting, incident, and problem management processes
- Enhance the application monitoring and self-healing capabilities of the applications
- Work closely with our extended operations team to ensure defect free deployments for new releases
- Work closely with our extended operations team work on continuous delivery pipeline
- Participate in PI planning’s to secure the continuous improvement of the customer experience
Who you are

- Understand your own technology domain and delivery options for Change and Run
Your background and skills include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations or system administration roles
- Strong understanding of ITIL and DevOps principles, and practices
- Expertise in at least one of Oracle or MSSQL coding & administration
- Exposure to Java, Angular, Python, Docker, Containers (LXC), Hadoop technologies and Cloud
- Automation & Service discovery
- Experience in application monitoring, automatization, and application self-healing best practices
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, implement effective solutions and automation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment, collaboration with developers and other IT teams to support various initiatives and projects
