Product Designer

About the role
We are looking for a Product Designer to shape the future acquisition experience for our global client base. You will join a small team responsible for onboarding, funding, and continuous compliance. In this role, you’ll be a part of multi-platform projects, and convert legal requirements to user-friendly, visually engaging experiences.

We value a data-driven approach and work with complex user flows that cover diverse local scenarios. Therefore, we are looking for a structured individual who enjoys creating flow mappings and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design & Prototyping: Create user-centric designs, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for web, mobile, and desktop platforms.

• End-to-End Process: Lead design efforts from ideation to implementation, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience.

• Collaboration: Work closely with UX researchers, developers, and product managers to translate research insights into actionable designs.

• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain Saxo Bank’s design system, ensuring scalability and visual consistency across products.

• Stakeholder Communication: Present and advocate for design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve outcomes.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a skilled designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fintech. Experience in the finance, banking, or investment sectors would be nice but is not a need.

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.

• Experience with Figma or related design tools.

• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, with experience creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

• Ability to simplify complex problems with clear, intuitive solutions.

• Knowledge of usability testing and data-driven design decisions.
