    We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to take charge of the Core squad in Monta Hub and drive its success into 2025 and beyond.

    Role Overview
    As a Senior Product Manager at Monta, you will own the roadmap and strategy for your areas of Monta Hub, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that address the unique needs of Solution Providers and Network Operators. You will lead the charge in improving how our partners manage their organizations, clients, pricing, and roaming networks, as well as create appealing offerings for diverse fleets, including commercial and heavy-duty vehicles.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive the product strategy for Monta Hub Core, aligning with the 2025 product strategy and the four success drivers for Solution Providers and Network Operators.
    • Lead the development of features and tools for:
      • Managing organizations, access rights, and account structures.
      • Managing client accounts and access to charge points.
      • Pricing strategies for charge points and networks.
      • Offering charge points to roaming networks.
      • Creating solutions for commercial, depot, and heavy-duty vehicle fleets.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to prioritize discover and execute product initiatives.
    • Collaborate with your peers in the product division that also consist of a Hub Growth team focusing on solutions for our partners to make more revenue and a Hub Hardware operations team focusing on uptime and stability of the network, and together combine and define strategies to achieve our goals.
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and ensure the product meets market demands.
    • Champion continuous discovery, foster a culture of ongoing discovery, where your teams continuously engage with customers, test ideas, and iterate on solutions. Ensure every feature delivers real value by validating insights and adapting quickly to user needs.
    • Monitor and analyze product performance to ensure measurable improvements in utilization, uptime, margins, and operational efficiency.
    • Act as a thought leader in the EV charging space, staying abreast of industry trends and standards like OCPP, OCPI, and OICP.
    • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

    Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the EV charging, energy, and SaaS industries.
    • Preferably familiar with industry standards and protocols such as OCPP, OCPI, and OICP is highly desirable (but not a hard requirement as we understand the industry is new)
    • Proven ability to deliver complex product solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
    • Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to align product direction with broader company goals.
    • Experience working with B2B platforms and multi-stakeholder ecosystems.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to inform decisions and optimize product performance.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
