As a Project Manager at DIS, you’ll take ownership of projects that span industries and organizations. You’ll be at the forefront of planning and execution, ensuring that projects meet customer expectations in scope, budget, and timeline. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams, navigating technical, financial, and resource challenges to deliver excellence.

Drive innovation and deliver excellence in top industry projects
As a Project Manager at DIS, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and impactful project solutions for top-tier industry clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive project execution across diverse industries.
• Engage in planning, risk assessment, managing stakeholders, reporting, and other project Management tasks
• Lead project teams by providing clear direction and strong motivation.
• Act as a primary contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on project goals.
• Maintain a balance of technical and commercial considerations to ensure project success.

Responsibilities – Shape innovation and lead excellence
As a Project Manager at DIS, you’ll need a blend of technical expertise and soft skills to excel. Essential skills include strong project management abilities, some technical skills, while additional skills in specific areas can enhance your effectiveness.

Essential qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in pharmaceutical production, process engineering, electrical systems, IT, or manufacturing equipment.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and building effective relationships.
• Proficiency in handling project budgets, resource allocation, and schedules.
• Technical knowledge to guide and support project teams.

Additional qualifications:

• Fluency in both Danish and English, with strong collaboration skills.
• A background in engineering (diploma/civil engineer or marine engineer) or equivalent technical/commercial leadership experience.
• Enthusiastic about professional development and advancing your project management expertise.
• Personable and empathetic, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
