LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

&Tradition is looking for a dedicated and service-minded Logistics Coordinator to join the logistics team. We are searching for an ambitious person to contribute to a fast growing company and who will have the operational responsibility for our end-to-end logistics flow.
About the job:
You will take on a position in the Logistics department, and you will have a wide range of responsibilities, within the daily operations. Your key areas and tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating daily pick/pack orders with 3PL warehouse supplier
- Provide top quality logistics service both internally and to our customers
- Analyze and measure KPI’s and overall supplier performances
- Daily handling of logistics operations
- Handling transport and warehouse claims with suppliers and a qualitative follow-up with internal stakeholders
- Validating and correct accounting of logistics related invoices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of existing processes
Qualifications:
- Relevant education within logistics and/or supply chain
- Minimum 2 years of work experience from a position within logistics and/or supply chain
- Good Excel skills and experience with ERP systems – preferably Microsoft D365
- Excellent Danish and English skills – both oral and written
- Experience within warehouse operations is a plus
About you:
You are a structured planner with excellent coordination skills that ensure you are able to multitask while still maintaining overview and focus. You are also very service-minded and have the drive to materialize customer information into better services. Personally, you have a positive mindset and a hands-on approach. The right candidate will take responsibility and initiative, work independently and will enjoy being part of a busy environment.
