Senior Project Manager, Drug Development - Unique Human Capital

As Senior Project Manager at Gubra, you will join a growing drug development team. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing the drug development projects and help establish workflows, building internal and external networks, and fostering cross-functional collaborations. This position offers significant personal development opportunities, including leading major initiatives, shaping your role, and taking on exciting projects as the pipeline evolves.

You will drive the peptide drug candidates' early development activities, ensuring the timely delivery of project objectives in close collaboration with the internal development project team and external partners.

Your main tasks are:

• Project management of Gubra’s early drug development projects
• Drive and support vendor selection and evaluation in all GxP areas
• Review agreements with CROs and CMOs and oversee collaborations
• Oversee consultants, establishment of agreements, and delegation of tasks
• Budgeting and managing of project costs

Your qualifications include 5 years of experience in Drug Development Project Management, preferably in peptides and/or biologics within the pharma/biotech industry in a GxP setting. You have proven experience working with pre-clinical CROs. Your keen eye for efficient workflows has resulted in process optimisations, SOPs and QMS improvements.

You have a Master’s or PhD degree in Natural or Health Sciences.

You are self-driven and motivated, taking full ownership of your work and thriving in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You excel in teamwork, value autonomy, and know when to seek expert advice. Strong project management skills allow you to juggle multiple tasks while staying organised, structured and efficient. You enjoy being operational and working through others to achieve project goals. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential, as is maintaining high ethical standards and prioritising quality.
