Job role
As our Netherlands-based Partner Manager at Umbraco, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. You'll be the bridge between Umbraco and our network of solution partners, ensuring their success and growth within our ecosystem in Benelux and other markets.

The role is part of our exquisite SUITS (Sales) team in Europe. Packed with unicorns, the team seeks to delight both future and existing customers alike. Besides our awesome partner network, we also work directly with end clients in the Enterprise and Public segments. Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Understand partner needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored support and solutions to them.
  • Collaborate with partners to drive mutual success and ensure they get the full benefits of the program.
  • Guide partners through the Umbraco ecosystem and help them leverage our products effectively.

On a daily basis

  • Support partners as their businesses grow, helping them plan their future growth path with Umbraco.
  • Grow our presence in the Benelux region and other key markets – a high degree of net new acquisitions is expected.
  • Reporting is part of the job (CRM etc.). Hitting your KPIs comes naturally.

Qualifications & traits

Besides your awesome personality we are looking for someone with:

  • A Master's Degree or similar
  • +5 years of work experience from a Sales and/or Account Management role
  • Curious, hungry, flexible and willing to travel – Native Dutch and fluent in English
  • Experience from the CMS industry is a very big plus
  • Fondness for technology and content
  • Surrounded by a loving team, you’re a highly motivated self-starter who is eager to be representing Umbraco in the region

Practicalities
The position:

  • Full-time position of 40 hours/week

Location:

  • At Umbraco we have a work from anywhere policy and this position allows you to work from your home residence. Please expect a minimum of 4 trips per year to our HQ in Odense, Denmark

Preferred starting date:

  • February 1, 2025
