Your Mission

Take charge of sales activities for our Foot & Ankle product portfolio, including Total Ankle Replacement and forefoot implants. With a focus on creating better healthcare outcomes, you'll be responsible for:

• Implementing marketing and sales strategies.
• Building relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
• Training surgical staff in operating room settings and conducting workshops.
• Supporting customers from initial interest through order follow-ups, ensuring seamless delivery and satisfaction.
• Representing Stryker at trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 6+ years in sales or marketing within medical devices or similar industries like pharmaceuticals.
• Education: A possible university degree in medical technology, health management, business administration, or related sciences.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English and Danish.
• Other Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of orthopaedic products or prior experience in medical technology.
• Passion for selling complex products and delivering top-tier customer service.
• Strong networking abilities and the skill to connect with diverse stakeholders.
