The position as Communications Consultant is fixed term of 12 months period with the possibility of extension. The position is located at our DSV head office in Hedehusene, Denmark.

Our valued colleague is temporarily off for maternity leave, and we are looking for a talented Communications Consultant to join our Change Management & Communications team within the Road division at DSV. Here, you’ll work with one of the world’s largest transport and logistics companies, playing a central role in ensuring that our organisational messages resonate with and energize over 17,000 employees globally and support our daily operations of +20,000 trucks carrying +30 million shipments a year.

DRIVE CHANGE COMMUNICATION EFFORTS LINKED TO OUR STRATEGY
You will join our Change Management & Communications team in DSV’s Road Division. Our team reports to the CEO of the Road Division and we collaborate with colleagues across all levels of the organisation. Your tasks will span from strategy-driven communication initiatives to crafting compelling stories that clarifies complex topics and engage our fellow colleagues in essential change processes.

You will work closely with both executive leaders, subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, supporting them in delivering effective messages that foster understanding, excitement, and a personal engagement to connect to our DSV Road strategy, initiatives and ambitions.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A communicator at heart who is curious and enthusiastic about how change communications can be essential to make differences in a large global organisation.

You know that successful communication is beyond just crafting a message and excel the grammar – sometimes it´s about engaging people with appealing and relational storytelling and sometimes it is about serving info and facts in a distinct way.

We are looking for a new colleague who is:

• A relationship-builder: A natural at engaging stakeholders to build trust and credibility across a broad and diverse network within DSV.
• Organised and detail-oriented: You are deadline-driven and adaptable, understanding the flexibility needed to make effective communication happen.
• Experienced in organisational communication: You understand what it takes to deliver messages that resonate in larger organisations with a large variety of target groups and have an impact during times of change.
• A skilled storyteller: You are comfortable writing and can turn information-dense and complex topics into easy-to-understand stories that inspire to action.
• Gifted with an eye for visual communications: You can create visually engaging presentations that communicate ideas effectively and support key messaging.
• Highly proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Experienced in driving communication across a variety of channels such as intranet (SharePoint), collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams), webinars, virtual townhalls etc.
