Your position
As our new Project Assistant in the Technology Solutions Division, you will join our Project Management Team responsible for delivering telecommunication and firefighting systems to large-scale renewable projects, such as the offshore wind farm in Virginia, US. You will play a crucial part in supporting the team by ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The position is full-time, and your place of work will be at our Global HQ in Esbjerg by the seafront, with one of the best views in the city.

Your tasks and responsibilities
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks related to supporting the Team with the day-to-day operations of a project.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the project manager with many different ad-hoc tasks and administrative work
- Assisting with follow-up on technical ad-hoc tasks in the team
- Assisting in various tasks within the team, such as Project Planning, Reporting, MoM, Project Execution Plan, Procurement Plan, etc.
- Sparring with your project managers
- Executive assistants to Management of execution team
Your qualifications and skills
We are looking for someone who is outgoing and positive with a project-oriented mindset. You have a proactive and organised approach and always strive to meet your goals and create the best results for you and your team. Naturally, this calls for you to be a dedicated team player who also is self-driven and can work independently.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- A proactive and responsible approach to your work
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
- A collaborative and service mindset, as well as great interpersonal and communications skills
- Fluency in English, verbal and written
