The opportunity
EY’s Nordic Tech Hub is a place of digital and technological creativity. The Nordic Tech Hub is the place for our digital and tech experts to innovate and work together to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions to rapidly create new digital experiences or reimagine existing ones. We are an in house consultancy, meaning that EY is our client and therefore the tools you develop help the people you sit next to in EY Nordics.
You will work with a broader team of Creatives in our offshore team and lead the product design process in the Nordic Tech Hub working closely with the development teams to bring the latest and greatest design thinking trends to EY. We are experiencing high demand for our work, and what we need is you!
As a part of the Nordic Tech Hub, you will:
• Collaborate with a skills Creatives team based offshore
• Quickly see your designs come to life
• Be a major part in building a better working world at EY Nordics
• Work with perhaps EY Nordic’s most diverse team

Your key responsibilities
• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Take rough wireframes and create beautiful UI
• Translate user feedback into a visual prototype
• Create UI specs documentation to communicate UI to developers (font, colors, sizes, etc.)
• Map the user experience
• Help conduct user interviews
• Management stakeholders and maintain close communication with our internal clients
• Collaborate with the offshore creative team
Skills and attributes for success
• You are an excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills.
• You have strong facilitation skills that help uncover the core needs of users
• You are creative, curious, and a team player
• You are detail-oriented (why is this font different?!)
• You can deal with multiple projects at once
• You are learning-oriented
• You look for the opportunity where others only see problems
• You have a go-getter attitude and can-do spirit to dive in and support where needed across our wide portfolio
To qualify for the role, you must have
• A degree related to UX/UI, Service Design, etc.
• Relevant experience in a similar design role
• 3-5 years’ experience with UI software (Adobe XD, Figma, Invision, etc.)
• Basic knowledge or understanding of Front-end development or experience working with development teams
• Proficiency in English
