Be Our Service Director and lead an international Service team!

Are you ready to lead service business in one of the most dynamic industries within food processing? We are seeking a new Service Director – Fish Industry to drive service performance, lead after-sales service development, and shape our industry service strategy across countries.

As Service Director you will lead a service team divided into the areas of Field Service, Service Business and Technical Support across countries.

You will be a part of our dedicated leadership team in Fish covering the areas of Sales & Marketing, Service, Innovation, Supply Chain, Finance and HR. You will have sparring partners within the service leadership team with leaders from our different business units and regions in Marel, where you will play an active role bringing in knowledge from Fish and together develop Service and aftermarket.

You will report into the VP for Fish.

What you´ll be doing
Main responsibility is service performance of Industry Fish along with customer satisfaction. You will drive service development around Fish specific solutions with special focus on digitalization, sustainability, customer value, and installed base performance being; reliability, yield, throughput, up-time or equipment and process optimization.

• You will with your strategic mindset and business skillset set and drive the agenda and operational targets for service development, aftersales, service execution and technical remote support across countries
• As part of our Fish Management team you will enable and manage operational excellence with special attention to field service, technical support, Service Sales and employee capabilities, aftersales, training and
• You will develop Fish Service including working closely with service managers to develop and execute the tactical plans for Fish and to ensure optimal capabilities for high standard service
• You will work with Corporate Director of Service Excellence in developing strategic and improvement plans for in line with global strategy and the global business objectives as set by Executive Team
