The team
As a Motion Designer at BLAST, you’ll join our in-house creative team, collaborating with talented and passionate designers and motion designers. You’ll work from our fantastic office located in the center of Copenhagen.

The Role
As a Motion Designer you will play a key role in shaping world-class esports events. You will be responsible for creating graphic assets for broadcasts and large-scale arena shows worldwide, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver impactful experiences. Your work will also involve contributing to concept development for commercial partners, designing visual identities for new esports circuits, and other creative development tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be a leading force within the creative team and company in developing and executing Motion Graphics.
• Play an active role in the concept development of both big and small creative projects.
• Take projects from start to finish, idea to arena screen.
• Collaborate with clients, internal and external, to understand needs and share ideas.
• Communicate effectively, interpret feedback, and consistently meet deadlines

Requirements

• Superuser in After Effects
• Experience working with After Effects Expressions
• Experience with Cinema 4D & Redshift is a plus
• Great eye for animation and composition
• Great technical understanding
• Independent creative who can take a task from start to finish
• Proficient in English
• Have a proactive mindset in solving current and future challenges
• Be curious about creativity and trying new things out
