The main mission of this role:
- Lead the overall commercial success of our propositions for a defined industry vertical or transversal capability across the European Markets
- Integrate customer needs, market research, and competition trends to develop a unique vertical proposition with a clear USP and value proposition to maximize and develop revenue opportunities
- Design and prioritize the vertical proposition roadmap, drive its execution and commercialization
- Bring sales transformation and verticalization forward and support countries on best-in-class approach towards your industry's vertical
- Work across functional teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Pricing
Your manager will be based out of Copenhagen - your working location can be in any of our offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Frankfurt or Milano
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- To own the commercial strategy for the proposition and be accountable for its commercial success
- Be responsible for guiding product strategy and setting the right priorities for your scope
- Establish, track, and monitor KPI goals and objectives
- Orchestrate the value proposition towards and across countries
- Engage with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Pricing to define and implement the best value proposition to win
- Actively monitor industry trends; participate in industry forums, professional associations, conferences, etc.
- Empower Success Stories & Testimonials, and build additional proofs-points to feed value proposition

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- Experience as vertical lead/proposition manager or a similar role in product or business management, ideally in the payments industry and/or with experience from an industry vertical
- Ability to create, lead, and steer the vertical proposition and work end2end from product to business
- Demonstrated success in strategic development and program execution with B2B product and/or propositions
- Strong analytical skills and toolbox (potentially obtained from strategy/management consulting or similar) with the ability to work through complex concepts/data and present well-thought-out, simple solutions
- Good technical background with an understanding of the software/product development life cycle
- Strong communication skills (Fluent in English, written and verbal), listening, and interpersonal influencing skills
- Effortlessly collaborate with strong intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving
- Open-minded, intellectually curious, enjoys learning new skills, embraces challenge, rigorous
Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:
- Experience in the Payment-, Financial, or Banking industry will be considered an advantage
- As will experience from e.g. strategy/management consulting
