Student Assistant, Global Retail

Join us to play an important role in Global Retail for our luxury brand and be a vital part of creating an operating model for our company-owned stores.

Bang & Olufsen is in an exciting phase where we are investing in our retail distribution. As our new Student Assistant, you will support us with the development and implementation of new retail standards and processes including project management for our company-owned stores (CoCo).

This position is available only for students who are currently studying full-time at a university, and the contract needs to be renewed after May 31st 2025.

Key responsibilities
You will be given a number of key projects that have various characteristics:

• Plan and execute an annual Store Manager event
• Implement and operate a stock optimization project with our retail markets and finance
• Manage our Brand Compliance system for our company-owned stores
• Project manage key store upgrades and initiatives
• Maintain and develop internal SharePoint site
• Support with development, project management and implementation of a new introduction program
• Other ad hoc projects

Furthermore, you will:

• Keep close contact with key stakeholders to ensure the implementation of new retail standards and procedures
• Ensure weekly reporting on project progress
• Actively participate in team meetings
• Support with ongoing tasks in Global Retail and in our retail markets

What you bring
We are looking for a person who enjoys project management and works well in an environment where goals can shift. It will be essential to be organized and have adept communication and Microsoft Office skills. We imagine that you are studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Strategy or a similar field.
Moreover, you are:

• Confident and comfortable engaging with stakeholders from different backgrounds and at all seniority levels
• Organised, you will be required to have a clear overview of all projects in which you are involved
• Adaptable and experienced in delivering on multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable with leading presentations
• Experienced in using Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Danish is a valuable addition
