Newly established Drug Substance Facility
Our recently established Drug Substance Facility BSL3** in Kvistgaard have begun production ramp-up, and we therefore need to strengthen our leadership. As Manager for our supporters, you will become part of the Virus production leadership team.
You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Virus Production, and part of a team with 5
Managers where we will work closely together to create and maintain a world class
production with clear focus on ramp-up and continuous improvements.
As Support Manager you will become responsible management of 14 supporters. We rely upon your ability to navigate through changes and unpredictability; hence flexibility and a solution-oriented approach is key.
Your tasks will include:
- Lead and manage a team, fostering collaboration.
- Identify and implement improvement potential.
- Develop and maintain a high GMP compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement by leading initiatives.
Our ideal candidate comes with leadership, furthermore you can tick one or more of the following:
- Have 2-3 years of leadership experience in a production environment.
- Experience with GMP compliance or similar high-quality production.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutics, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain positive relationships across the organization.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
