Do you want to provide financial insight through cooperation and business understanding with a role as Business Controller for our stakeholders? Are you able to analyze financial data and present them in an easy-to-understand manner, using digital reporting tools, such as Power BI? And are you ready to contribute with a positive spirit and team-first attitude to our international business controlling team? Then join our office in Søborg, where you will be welcomed into the Business and Project Controlling team, who ensure a strong financial management of our entire project business covering +500 projects as well as controlling our back-office functions.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
The role as a Business Controller comes with considerable exposure to our project business, management for our back-office functions, as well as the Finance team, both locally and globally. Specifically, you will be:
- Preparing reporting & analysis for our business stakeholders
- Prepare monthly management reporting relating to e.g. Order Intake, Sales, Gross Margins, Overhead, and Hours.
- Increase the transparency- and understanding of the financials – zooming into drivers and identifying key messages.
- The go-to person for all matters relating to finance for your area(s) relating to both project financials, overhead controlling, and driving forecast- and budget processes.
- Consolidating and developing data-driven models to enhance cross-functional cooperation and KPIs, e.g., through capacity planning and long-term forecasting.
- Helping to develop and implement strategic financial management capabilities – together with your colleagues – through digitalization and business partnering.
Your profile and qualifications:

Whether you are a recent graduate or possess a few years of experience in business controlling, we value self-motivation and a drive for excellence above all else. - Hold a degree in finance, preferably a master’s degree.

- Are self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Are team-oriented, and a skilled communicator with a flair for building effective relationships with your stakeholders.
- Speak and write English fluently.
