Are you passionate about contributing to the future of family friendly digital play?
Your ability to think on your feet whilst paving the way for a long term ambition will be critical to lead this strategic project for the LEGO Group. Acting like a GM and owning the P&L, you will own our strategic partnership with EPIC Games, ensuring constant mutual value creation and reaching both short and long term goals.
The LEGO Fortnite partnership is multifaceted, from stand alone licensed games, to self developed and published games, to user generated games, and you will lead and establish a meaningful presence inside the ever growing and changing Fortnite environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership management with EPIC Games
- P&L ownership
- Portfolio development across 1st, 2nd and 3rd party games
- Publishing, marketing and UA experience
- Driving short and long-term integration with the LEGO owned ecosystem
- Continuous development of in-house capabilities

The LEGO Group has decided to dramatically expand its footprint in the gaming world. The EPIC Games partnership sits at the core of this strategy, establishing a long-term presence in open platforms.
You will drive the choices to accelerate the growth of our Fortnite audience, making the most out of what Fortnite has to offer, developing valuable business cases for EPIC Games to invest in and building in-house capabilities to create meaningful LEGO gaming experiences within Fortnite.
Making difficult decisions and negotiating with our partners, you be strong in navigating uncertainty, whilst remaining driven by a unique goal- delighting as many players as possible with LEGO Experiences!
Do you have what it takes?
- Deep experience in digital platform management and/or gaming industry
- Successful experiences in maintaining and developing strategic partnerships
- P&L and digital product development experience
- Understanding of legal and financial considerations, incl internal collaborator management
- Deep gaming industry knowledge
- Understanding / interest for kid-focused experiences
- Program management
- Marketing and branding strategy
- Creator community management
