Our Automation, AI & Tools area leads the way in delivering a robust, integrated suite of technologies that include Infrastructure Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Monitoring, ITSM, and CMDB. We operate in a modern Agile DevOps environment, incorporating elements of SAFe and SCRUM to stay innovative and effective.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to join our Automation, AI & Tools area in Aeven. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and management of products, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a candidate who can excel in the following areas:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the overall goals of the organization.
  • Plan and coordinate product development activities, including resource allocation and monitoring service levels and KPIs.
  • Gather, document, and translate customer and business requirements into clear, functional specifications.
  • Conduct internal and external “market” analysis and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  • Play a leading role in our automation program and ITSM platform replacement project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Participate in planning sessions, status meetings, and progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
  • Lead the teams with our Agile events and activities.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases to support strategic initiatives and product investments.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation for the product, fostering a culture of creativity and exploration within the team.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe)

We consider as a bonus:

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and standards
  • Technical understanding and experience
