We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Technical Sales Manager to drive and develop the sales of ingredient solutions to Personal Care/Cosmetics customers in the Nordic region, focusing on Sweden, and Finland. You will work with established customers and new partners, including manufacturers and brands, while also strengthening our supplier portfolio in the cosmetics sector.

The Position
You will be responsible for your customer portfolio within the Personal Care industry, primarily in Sweden and Finland, where you will sell ingredients used in cosmetic and personal care products. Your focus will be on both existing customers as well as identifying new relevant customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeted at Personal Care customers in the Nordic region, focusing on Sweden and Finland.
- Identify and pursue new customers, including both manufacturers and brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
- Provide advice on formulations and concepts based on trends and customer needs.
- Establish collaborations with new suppliers to expand the ingredient portfolio.
- Strengthen and grow partnerships with our existing suppliers.
- Advise customers on technical solutions and ensure their needs are matched with the right ingredient solutions.
You drive the entire sales process independently: building your pipeline, arranging meetings, and preparing offers. A significant portion of your time will involve customer visits and communication via webinars, phone, etc. You are on top of personal care trends and analyze customer needs, goals, challenges, and opportunities. You advise customers on how Alsiano's solutions can positively impact their products and business, ultimately closing sales. To address your customers' challenges, you work closely with your suppliers, for whom you share responsibility with your colleagues.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in technical advisory sales in the personal care industry. A background in chemical sales and/or laboratory work from the personal care/cosmetics industry is required, along with a chemical or laboratory technical education.
It's essential that you are able to effectively engage with personal care/cosmetics customers, work independently, and demonstrate a positive attitude and self-motivation. You possess excellent negotiation and communication skills in both Swedish and English. Experience in selling raw materials and ingredients in the Personal Care industry in the Nordic countries is an advantage.

Our Offer
You will become an integral part of our well-functioning Nordic Health Care team. You will work closely with colleagues in Birkerød and Gothenburg and report directly to the Head of Nordic Sales, Healthcare, based in Birkerød.
This is a challenging position in a friendly and collaborative environment where we support each other in developing and creating value. We offer a flexible work setup, allowing you to work from home or Alsiano’s office in Gothenburg. The role involves some travel, primarily within Sweden but also within the EU, amounting to approximately 40-45 days annually.
