Danske Bank aims to advance its capabilities in AI, and that’s why we’re looking for someone who’s resourceful and ready to dive into the world of AI. As an AI Adoption Associate, you’ll help discover how Generative AI tools like DanskeGPT (Our internal LLM-model) can simplify daily tasks, boost efficiency, and spark new ideas.
As an AI Adoption Associate you will:
- Learn & Explore: Get practical experience with AI tools and learn how they fit into real-world workflows.
- Support Training: Assist in creating training sessions and quick start guides so everyone can use our new tools with assurance.
- Spot Opportunities: Work closely with risk experts to figure out where AI can make a difference - like saving time or reducing busywork.
- Offer a Support Hand: Answer questions, address concerns, and make sure colleagues feel supported and psychologically safe as they try out new tech.
What We’re Looking For:
An entry level profile who are curious and interested in learning. You appreciate explaining complex concepts in simple, approachable terms. You thrive in engaging environments and approach new tasks with an open mind. Additionally, you work well with others and find joy in supporting your colleagues. You bring:
- Curiosity: You don’t need to be an genAI expert (but very nice if you are!) - but bring a desire to learn.
- Clear Communication skills: You can explain techy stuff in simple, friendly ways and to all kinds of personalities.
- A proactive and people-oriented mindset: You are skilled at identifying what needs doing and do not wait for directions!
- Team Spirit: You are happy working with others and like seeing people succeed and are always ready to team up and owning it!
- Problem-Solving Attitude: When something doesn’t click, you’re quick to figure out why and help fix it. When something fails, you swiftly determine the cause and assist in finding a solution.
