Then you might be our new Sales Engineer at Ammongas, a strategic pillar in European Energy’s business portfolio.
Your new team
You will be part of the Ammongas sales team, which consists of 5 colleagues working closely with our project team and business development. We tailor solutions to our customers who wish to produce green biofuel and green CO2. We have entered new markets as many countries are looking for Danish solutions to help them on their way to a green energy transition, driven by national and international project developers ranging from farmers to large energy groups.
Your new role
As our new Sales Engineer, you can look forward to contributing mainly with:
- Being the trusted advisor for our customers (primarily in Denmark), understanding their needs, and identifying the best solutions.
- Creating and maintaining customer relationships.
- Following up with customers on their ongoing projects.
- Reviewing contracts and scopes of supply.
- Providing market feedback to the team.
Job prerequisites
- A technical education as a Chemical, Mechanical or Process Engineer, combined with at least 2 years of relevant sales experience within the Biogas/Renewables sector.
- You are a skilled IT user in MS 365 and if you have knowledge of 3D tools (we use Plant 3D) it is a plus, otherwise we will teach you.
- Proficiency in English and Danish.
The adequate candidate is motivated by using both technical knowledge and communication skills in order to create great projects and solutions in dialogue with our customers and the Ammongas project team. You are quite a magician with numbers, and terms like electrical and heat consumption, chemical processes, and calculation of installed effects are not unfamiliar to you.

About Ammongas A/S
Ammongas is a Danish producer of environmental facilities, established in 2002 with more than 40 plants in Northern Europe and four in the US, with two more underway in 2024. The plants are designed and built by our dedicated engineers focusing on sustainability, economy, efficiency, and operational reliability in biogas upgrading, biomethane polishing for CH4 liquefaction, CO2 liquefaction, and carbon capture.
Ammongas was acquired by European Energy in 2022 with the purpose of facilitating new possibilities in the development of biogas upgrading and carbon capture in Denmark and abroad.
